By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Lightmakers, including class confirmations, reminders, and (with your separate consent) marketing and promotional messages. The 365-Day Client Guarantee
The Consistent Client Formula includes a 365-Day Client Guarantee. If you complete the program as described below and do not land at least one paying client within 365 days of your enrollment date, Lightmakers LLC will refund the full program fee you paid.
To qualify, you must meet all four requirements:
1. Attend or watch every live session of The Formula.
2. Complete and submit the core assignment for each week (including your offer, your pricing, and your client outreach) within 30 days of your last live session.
3. Keep a dated outreach log showing client outreach in at least 9 of the 12 months of your guarantee window.
4. File your claim within 30 days after your 365-day window closes.
Missing any of the four ends the guarantee. The 30-day assignment deadline is firm: the program is designed to be done while you are in it, and the guarantee covers the people who did that, not the ones who started late.
To claim, email hello@mylightmakers.com within 30 days after the end of your 365-day window, attaching your completed assignments and your dated outreach log. We review each claim in good faith against the requirements above and, if it qualifies, issue the refund within 30 days. Where the original payment method can no longer be credited, we will refund by another reasonable method.
The refund is limited to the program fee you actually paid to Lightmakers LLC. It does not cover third-party costs, and it is not a guarantee of income, clients, or any specific result. This guarantee is a refund obligation only and does not require Lightmakers LLC to continue offering the program. If the Consistent Client Formula is discontinued, your guarantee rights and your access to materials already delivered to you are unaffected.
